Bradley L. Cornell, Esq.

Brad Cornell was born in Sacramento, California, in 1963. He grew up in Salt Lake City and returned to California to attend Pomona College where he received his Bachelor's degree in 1985 in geochemistry.   He later pursued the study of law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, where he earned the degree of Juris Doctor in 1992.  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992 and to the United States Supreme Court in 2003. Brad is now in his 32nd year of practice in the areas of estate planning, trust law, probate, business law, and estate and business litigation.

 

He is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association. He is the founder and owner of Cornell Law Firm and a proud resident of the City of Duarte. He has been married 34 years to his wife Liz and is the father of four children.  He is a frequent speaker to groups on issues of estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate and trust litigation.

 

Mr. Cornell has represented clients in trust, estate and business matters before numerous Superior Courts in the State of California, before the California Court of Appeals, before the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California and the District of Colorado, and before the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
