Estate Planning
We interview every client in person and in depth to make
sure we understand your circumstances and needs. Then
we give our best recommendation about what type of Will
or Living Trust you should consider. Working with us,
you decide what best fits your situation and an attorney
prepares a specific Will or Living Trust individually
tailored to your needs. We also assist in the transfer
of assets to Living Trusts.
Powers of
Attorney
We advise clients about and prepare Powers of Attorney
for Health Care, Directives to Physicians (Living Wills),
Powers of Attorney for Property to prepare for a time
when you may become incapacitated or otherwise unable
to handle your personal affairs.

& Trust
Administration
Has a friend or family member recently died and you are
unsure of what needs to happen legally? We offer a free
initial consultation about your situation and guidance
about what lies ahead. We routinely represent administrators,
executors, and trustees in probate and trust administration
proceedings following the death of an individual.
Conservatorship
Are you involved in a situation where you are assisting
a friend or family member with declining capacity? If
a Power of Attorney, Living Trust, or other arrangement
is not available, we represent clients in conservatorship
proceedings and would be happy to help you assess your
situation.
